HERE ARE A FEW GYPSY HOUSE RULES.

  • We can’t let you in if you’re late to class, so please give yourself enough time to get here.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of class.

  • Please be on your mat at the start time of class.

  • The yoga room is heated, using infrared heating technology, and depending on the class we’re cranking it all the way up.  

  • Save your insta posts for after class.  No cell phones allowed in the hot room.

  • Yoga mats, yogi toes, and towels are available to rent at the front desk.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

We open our doors 30 minutes prior to class. New students should plan to arrive at least 20 minutes early. Doors are locked at the posted start time of each class.

Before Class

  • Be in the yoga room and ready to begin BEFORE the scheduled start time.

  • Inform your instructor of any health issues before taking a class.

  • Leave shoes in the designated area. No shoes in the hot room

  • Leave cell phones outside the hot room.

  • Enter the studio with your mat, towels, water, and an open mind.

  • Embrace the quiet. Some people attend a yoga class to find a quiet space for their minds and bodies. So please be mindful of students around you and honor them with silence inside the yoga room.

During Class

  • The hot room is a silent environment. We live in a noisy and highly stimulated world and often your time on the mat may be your only quiet time. Honor the silence.

  • All students are required to practice with both a yoga mat and towel

  • Do your very best to stay in the hot room once class begins. If an emergency requires you to leave, it is ok to leave the room, but you will not be allowed back in.

After Class

  • Leave the room quietly. Return rented mats and/or towels and place in hampers provided.

NO SHOW POLICY

  • You will not be allowed to come into class if you’re late, so please be on time. No exceptions will be made. You are able to cancel a class within a two hour window. If this is not done, a $15 charge will take place.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds will not be offered on any Single Classes, Class Packages, Monthly Auto-debits, Yearly Unlimiteds, Workshops, Teacher Trainings or retail.

HOLDS

1 month minimum. We do understand that life happens and if a change or life event happens we are here to support you and place your membership on hold with no charge for a minimum of one month and up to three months. A charge of $25 will take place once a month for the duration of your hold.

TRANSFERS

  • All Single classes, Class Packages, Monthly Auto-Debits, Yearly Unlimited’s, Workshops and Teacher Trainings are non-transferable.

  • All classes purchased can’t be shared and can only be used by the original purchasing student.

AUTO-DEBITS

  • Auto-debits are billed on a monthly recurring basis.

  • Check your contract for additional terms and conditions.

  • 30 day notice for cancellation is required.

  • To cancel your membership, a cancellation fee will be assessed to your account.  Check your contract for terms and conditions.

  • Yearly Unlimited’s begin on date of purchase, not the date you take your first class.


CANCELATION POLICY

I understand I must notify Gypsy Waltz by email (christy@gypsywaltzyoga.com) on or before my next billing cycle to cancel the membership. 30 Day notice is required.

I understand I must send the email from a valid email address to have my account adjusted for any reason, and CANNOT use the contact page on the website. This ensures both a send and receipt copy of the email notification. I understand that this is the only way I can cancel my membership.

I agree that no exceptions will be made to this policy for any reason, including but not limited to: moving, financial situations, injuries, etc.

Conditions of Gypsy Waltz Membership:
    - All Release of Liability Participant waivers must be signed before participating in physical activity at Gypsy Waltz
 - Any medical conditions and issues must be disclosed to the Gypsy instructor before starting training.
  - All sales are final and non-refundable.

LOST & FOUND

  • Gypsy Waltz is not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio.

  • If you think you may have left something behind, holler at us.  Call or send us an email and we’ll check around the studio for you.
